Pick Up and Delivery Services

One week turnaround: In order to provide the highest quality for your clothing, our turnaround is one week routinely.

Complimentary personal laundry bags are provided for your convenience. Ask us for another bag(s) when you need one.  

No need to be home. Live your life. We customize our pick up and delivery arrangements to suit your needs. You simply need a covered, protected area so that your clothes will remain dry in rain or snow. (Porch, garage, whatever works at your home). 

Delivery service requires a valid credit card on file. We charge your card on file when your order is complete and ready for delivery (prior to delivery). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. No need to write a check. We make it simple and easy for you. 

Prices subject to change without notice. Prices listed are base prices. Base price is a starting price. Additional charges may apply. Variables include materials, fabrics, construction, trims, designer labels, stains, soil, lint or hair removal, and other conditions which require special handling. Special situations may require adjusted prices. When additional time and labor is needed, the price will be adjusted. For an exact quote, we need to actually see the item up close. 

We desire a win/win arrangement with our clients. We don't "need" more customers. We want clients who depend on us weekly, and we depend on their support as well. A true win/win arrangement is what we seek and offer. Our ideal client is a weekly client who uses us for all of their cleaning needs (Dry Cleaning such as pants, blazers, sweaters, etc) (Laundered shirts) (Bed and table linens). Our laundered shirt price is based on the expectation that you are choosing us for full wardrobe care. If you send us laundered shirts exclusively, while sending your other dry cleaning elsewhere, we reserve the option to charge a premium price for your laundered shirts. 

Our dry cleaning prices are based on routine care expectations. If extra care is routinely needed with your wardrobe (if you routinely have stains which are difficult to remove, excessive pet hair on garments, very fancy or difficult to clean items), we reserve the option to charge a premium price for your dry cleaned items.     

Our dry cleaning prices are based on the expectation that you are choosing us for full wardrobe care. If you send us high end, expensive items exclusively, while sending your other more routine dry cleaning elsewhere, we reserve the option to charge a premium price for your high end, expensive items. We also reserve the option to not accept you as a client, as we are looking for a win/win arrangement and being the dry cleaner that only cleans the risky, high end, expensive clothing is not a win for us. We want weekly clients who trust us with their full wardrobe. Your family counts on us. Our family counts on you. Win/win.
